Ann V. Parr, age 80, Of Millville, on May 19, 2023, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family. She was a lifelong resident of Millville who was born to the late James and Mary Vasatora Curliss.
Ann was a great cook who worked as manager of the Orange Bowl in Vineland until 1993, when she began working for Millville Public Schools until her retirement in 2020. While working at the schools Ann was proud that she was able to cook food for Mike Trout, providing him great nourishment on his path to stardom. Dear mother of James Parr (Alan), Thomas Parr (Holly), and Terry Parr (late Thomas Yearicks); 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Ann is predeceased by her husband Albert S. Parr, Jr.; and her sisters Patricia Hiles & Marie Johnson.
