Elizabeth Whilden

Elizabeth Whilden, age 76, of Laurel Lake, died peacefully on April 1, 2023. 

She is survived by her daughter Cathy Whilden, son Harry Whilden (Kim Harris), stepson Mitchell T. Gandy (Jennifer Lee); grandchildren Rose Whilden (Jason Devries), Jack Whilden, Kimberly Whilden (Steven Watson), Justin Linden, Ashley McCabe, Brad Whilden, Sharon Garwood, Charles Whilden, Jr.; 18 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings Jerry Murphy, Jack Murphy (Kathy), Doug Murphy, Roger Murphy, Glenda Sue Tozer, Peggy Murphy, Brenda Reign (Butch), and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her Husband Charles Whilden, Son Charles Whilden, grandson Jay Whilden, and brother Dale Murphy. Elizabeth loved watching TV, solving word search puzzles, and eating fried potatoes, sunny-side-up eggs with toast for breakfast. 

Relatives & friends are invited to visit with the family on Monday, April 17, 2023, from 6pm-7pm at ROCAP SHANNON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 24 N. 2nd St., Millville, NJ. A memorial service to follow at 7pm. Interment private.
