Elizabeth “Bette” (Martz) Reif

Elizabeth “Bette” Reif, age 92, of Millville, passed away peacefully on May 24, 2023. 

Born in Audubon, NJ to the late William and Lulu Leacock Martz. Loving wife of over 60 years to the late David P. Reif, Jr. She is survived by her children David P. Reif, III. (Sandy) Naples, FL, Jonathan S. Reif (Susan) Cape Elizabeth, ME, Andrew W. Reif (Sherry) of Millville, Barbara Kuhlen (Jack) of Haddon Heights, and Susan Whildin (Firm) of Millville. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchilden, nieces and nephews. She is the beloved sister of the late Ella Mae Hafer, William Martz and Kaye Zippilli.  

Bette was a member of the 1st United Methodist Church of Millville and was active in Bible study groups. She was a selfless individual who served as a respite caregiver for the Easter Seals as well as the family caregiver. She loved crocheting and will be forever remembered as a  “Woman of Grace”. Mom was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Mom loved the Lord with all of her heart, mind and soul.

Graveside Services will be private.
