Richard Syring Obituary
Richard J. Syring, Age 74, of Millville, passed away peacefully on May 24, 2023 surrounded by his family.
Born in Bridgeton to the late Richard and Eleanor Smith Syring. He is predeceased by his longtime companion Jane Reeves. Devoted father to Brian Syring (Kelli), Dawn Klawitter, Tina Dirkes (Trevor); loving grandfather of Brian Syring, Brynn Syring, Cody Gale, Ashley Klawitter; great-grandfather of Mia Klawitter, Semira Henry, Kaleah Henry, and Cody Gale Jr. He has also survived by his brother James Syring (Sandy); nephew, Cody Syring and niece Samantha Taylor (John).
Rich was a loyal employee of Ed’s Body Shop in Bridgeton for over 50 years. Rich loved bar hopping, bowling, and spending time at the beach, especially Sea Isle City.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the family from 10-11am on Wednesday, May 31, at Rocap Shannon Memorial Funeral Home, 24 N. 2nd Street, Millville NJ 08332. Funeral service will begin at 11:00am. Interment to follow at Greenwood Memorial Park, Millville.
