Obituary

William P. "Bill" Gaudelli, Jr., 74, of Millville, died on Friday, November 29, 2013 at Inspira Medical Center, Vineland. Bill was born in Brooklyn, NY.
To William Sr and Adeline(nee Rossi). Bill graduated from Farmingdale High School and then served as an Army Sergeant as a paratrooper in the prestigious 82nd Airborne Division. Bill then moved to S. Jersey and met his bride, Josephine Teresa Sansalone, and were married at St Francis of Assisi Church in 1962.
Bill was the founder and president of Gaudelli Brothers Contractors, for over 45 years.
Bill enjoyed going to the casinos, but loved spending time with his family, grandchildren and close friends. Bill had great stories to tell and always enjoyed the Italian festivals on Mulberry Street in Manhattan.
He is survived by his mother: Adeline Gaudelli of Vineland; 2 sons: William, III (Elizabeth) of Maplewood and Angelo (Cheryl) of Millville; daughter: Gina Moss (Fred) of Williamstown; 2 brothers: Robert of Millville and Ronald of Rochester, NY; sister: Jeannette Fields (Robert) of Long Island, NY; 6 grandchildren: Michele Marie, Angelo Jr, Anthony, Alexander John, Freddie III and Joseph William. Bill was predeceased by his father, William Sr. and wife Josephine.
A Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 in the The Parish of All Saints (St. Marys) at 11 AM. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Viewings will be held on Tuesday from 7-9 PM and Wednesday from 9:30-10:30 AM in the Rocap Shannon Memorial Funeral Home.
